Teens & Youth up to 25

Kids Help Line may have "kids" in the name but it is actually a fantastic resource for teens and young adults up to 25. Counsellors are available for free over email or live chat.

LGBTQ

If you need someone to talk to about your gender, sexuality or other matters related to being gay, queer, transgender or other identities, there is supoort for you. You can call, chat or text an LGBTQ Counsellor from The Trevor Project for free.

Nobody should live a life where they are scared of the ones they live with including family members or loved ones. If you are a victim of domestic violence, there are shelters available to help you get to a safe place.
