How to request a Report?

How long does it take?
The standard processing time for reports is 5-10 business days. Please be patient as we process reports in the order they were requested.
How often can I request a report?
The majority of Creators request once per quarter (once every three months) or twice a year (once every 6 months). The absolute maximum frequency is once per month.
When am I paid?
As per your agreement, you will be paid out once your amount owing reaches $100 on any report in the currency associated with your account (Usually CAD for Canadian accounts and USD for all other countries). In the event that you haven’t reached $100 owing and it’s been over a year, you can ask us for an exception (as a courtesy only) in the Special Requests box and we might issue you a partial payment (at Fearless’ discretion).
What if I find an error on a report?
In the unlikely event that you believe there is an error on your report, please simply reply to the email where the report was sent and provide as many details about the error so we can look into it for you.
Can you send me a letter for grant purposes?
Yes. Please include that request in the Special Requests box at the bottom of your report request. Please include as much details as possible about the type of letter, who it should be addressed to, and any details you’d ideally like us to include.
Can you tell me which countries my watch time was in primarily?
Yes. Please include that request in the Special Requests box at the bottom of your report request. We only include this information by request in order to ensure that reports are sent out in a timely manner.
Will I be sent reports automatically?
No. You must request one using the link above. Reports are not sent to Creators automatically EVER. Why? Because it allows us to use our team more efficiently, keep our rates high (kaching) and ensure reports are delivered in a timely manner by only providing reports to Creators when they need or want them.
Can I request a report for a Title that is on the FREE agreement?
Absolutely! Your report will include watch time metrics so you can know who your Title is doing even though you aren’t receiving any revenue. If you want extra information like countries or completion rate, feel free to ask in the Special Requests box on the form above.
