Copyright Policy (and DMCA)

Last Updated: September 2021

DMCA is the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of the USA. Pomegrante is a Canadian Company and DMCA is used as an acronym due to its wide understanding on the web although the act for which it is derived from may or may not apply herein.

Pomegranate Platform Inc. (the company that runs the “Fearless” service, or “we”, or “us”), takes copyright extremely seriously. We employ rigid procedures to ensure that content that we stream is obtained legally and that, where appropriate and previously contracted in writing between parties, that copyright holders are compensated for their work.

If you believe your work (including, but not limited to: film, series, documentary, short film) or other copyrighted material (including but not limited to: trademarks, music, images, or other items used within a certain work) is being used without appropriate signatories, you can submit a Notice of Alleged Copyright Infringement by emailing support@fearless.li. Copyright Notices are reviewed as soon as possible and impacted parties should expect to receive an initial response within 5-10 business days. An initial response may not include a solution, but it will, at the very least, confirm that we have received your request and are investigating it further.

In the event of a legal dispute, the laws of the province of Ontario in the country of Canada shall prevail. The Pomegranate Platform Inc. head office is located in Markham, Ontario, Canada.
