Updating Payment Methods

Can I Change My Payment Method?

You can update or change your payment method at any time.

  • If you signed up via Android, change your payment method through your Google Play account settings. Contact Google directly if you need more help in doing so.
  • If you signed up via iPhone/iPad, change your payment method through your Apple subscriptions account settings. Contact Apple directly if you need more help in doing so.
  • If you signed up via PayPal on the web, change your payment method through your PayPal account. Contact PayPal directly if you need more help in doing so.
  • If you signed up via Amazon FireTV, change your payment method through your Amazon account settings. Contact Amazon directly if you need more help in doing so.
  • If you signed up via Roku, change your payment method through your Roku account. Contact Roku directly if you need more help in doing so.
  • If you signed up via your cable TV provider, contact them to get assistance in changing your payment method.
  • If you signed up on the web with a credit card directly through us, then login to your account on the web and go to your Dashboard’s Purchases Tab.

Can I disable Auto-Pay?

All subscriptions auto-recur. If you wish to turn off auto-payments, you will need to cancel your membership. But no worries, you can rejoin again when you’re ready.
