What causes Fearless to not work?
- A network connection issue (ie: an issue with your internet / wifi / internet provider).
- An issue with your device.
- An issue with your Fearless account, app, or web browser.
- If you are on the web version of Fearless, sometimes refreshing the page can help.
- If you are on the web version of Fearless, sometimes clearing your cookies and cache in your web browser can help.
- If you are using an app version of Fearless, sometimes closing the app completely and re-opening it can help.
- If you are using an app version of Fearless, go to the App Store on your device to make sure that you have the most recent version of our app. If not, then update it to the newest version.
- If you are using an app version of Fearless, there could be settings on your device that are preventing our app from functioning properly. You may wish to delete our app and re-install or edit your settings to provide Fearless with the permissions or settings it requires.
- No matter what device you use, restarting your device can often fix issues for both Fearless and thousands of other issues too (seriously, rebooting your device is magical and it should be your new best friend).
- If you still are having issues, you can check if there is a Service Outage.
